Rates and Explanations:

• $249 Standard Residential Shipping. The most common method of shipping for most orders .This a curbside delivery and the customer MUST be home for this delivery. It will be the responsibility of the customer to off load the product from the truck. The driver will bring the product to the back of the truck, cut the banding and hand the boxes down to you. We recommend having someone available to assist you as the drivers are not permitted to offload the shipment.
• $299 Residential Delivery with Lift Gate Option. This type of delivery is similar to the Standard Residential Delivery with the added feature of a lift gate. With this type of delivery the driver will lower the product via hydraulic lift gate to the curbside or driveway (where permitted). The customer is responsible for bringing the product into the house. The drivers are not permitted to bring the product into your home. This feature may not be available in your area. If you order a lift gate delivery and this service is not available in your area someone from our shipping department will contact you and you will be issued a refund for the difference between standard delivery and lift gate delivery.
• $149 Economy Delivery Options. This delivery type is also referred to as Loading Dock or Terminal Delivery. This money saving option is set up for our customers who would prefer to save money by picking up their product at a local delivery terminal. With this delivery type Floormall.com will ship you product to the nearest delivery terminal. These are 3rd party carrier hubs that allow for customer pick-up. The locations are usually within 1-50 miles of most residential areas. The terminal that your product is shipped to will be determined by the zip code you provide to us when placing your order. After your order is processed with our shipping department our tracking department will contact you either via phone or email with the terminal location and tracking information for your order. You will be contacted by the Terminal Manager when your product arrives and you will be instructed as to when you can pick your product up. Your shipment will then be fork lifted into your vehicle. If you deem afterward that the terminal location is too far to drive or if you do not have a vehicle to transport the product please contact our shipping department at 1-800-313-1107 ext 111 to arrange and alternate method of delivery. In this case you may be responsible for any additional fees and cost associated with reconsigning your shipment.
• $149 Business Delivery Option. For our customers who own their own business or have a business location that we can ship to. The location must be in a commercially zoned area. We apologize but home based businesses do not qualify for this type of delivery. The customer must provide the name of the business when ordering, as well as a delivery contact.
• $199 Construction Site Delivery Option. This option is available for our customers who are having their home built or our customers who are contractors, developers or installers working on a job. This option applies to new residential construction, new commercial construction or commercial remodeling only. The customer must have a crew to off load the product. The driver is not permitted to off load the product. If you are in a high rise building there must be a loading dock if no loading dock is available then this will be considered a curbside delivery. In either event it is the customers responsibility to get the inside the building.

Shipping and tracking process:

At Floormall.com we strive to make the process of getting your flooring as easy for you as possible. Please keep in mind that this is a construction material type. When your order is placed our Shipping Department immediately goes to work to get your order shipped out to you as quickly as possible. Shipping times will vary depending on the availability of the product at time of order and customer proximity to the product as well as delivery type. Please see the chart below to calculate your approximate shipping time.

Simple Order Tracking:

Within 24 hours of your order being picked up by one of our carriers our tracking department will email you with tracking information so that you can stay on top of when your product will be delivered. This will allow you to make any necessary arrangements to be available for delivery or have someone there to help. In the case of terminal deliveries this will also let you know where you can expect to pick your product up when it arrives. Please allow 72 hours for order tracking. All orders are immediately placed with our vendors however it may take 24-48 hours for your order to actually ship and additional 24 hours for tracking to be made available.

Shipping Methods:

Floormall.com reserves the right to use the most economical and safest methods to ship your product to you. We employ a vast network of 3rd party freight carriers and brokers to ensure the best rates and the best service for our customers. It is possible that the method of shipping the product to you will differ in some cases than what was discussed at the point of sale. If any decision is made on the part of our shipping department that will affect the time table of delivery you will be notified via phone.
