We purchased and installed about 750sf of the 4" x 3/4" varying length Brazilian cherry mahogany stained hardwood flooring about 10 months ago. We did it ourselves. Very easy to install considering the immediate impact it makes to any living space. The floor is everything we expected it to be. Very durable in high traffic and doesn't dent/scratch very easily. Actually the only thing so far that has been able to dent it is I dropped a hammer off of a ladder by accident. So for the wear and tear factor is among the highest in my book. This floor is beautiful yet durable especially in an environment with children and pets. The floor still looks like new!

particular customer service rep Tammy Lawhorne for outstanding customer
service. I ordered and received a sizable quantity of Eterna Brazilian
cherry engineered flooring on May 26, 2010. Unfortunately, some boxes
were opened and the flooring damaged. I've talked to Ms. Lawhorne on
numerous occasions since then, submitted photos and the necessary
documentation, and this morning she informed me that a new box is being
sent to me to compensate for the unusable pieces. She managed this to
accommodate my install schedule even though claim resolution hasn't been
achieved yet. Throughout, she has been professional, courteous, and
accommodating. It's refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind
the products it sells and has a staff trained to do that.
