START HERE: 1. Find the flooring product that you want for your project. |

 2. Click the Place-A-Bid link, enter your bid (keep it reasonable!) and your contact information. |

3. Confirm your bid information. |
 |
4. Our system will generate your Bid Reference Slip which includes your Bid Reference Number. You will also receive this information in the form of an e-mail message but it may be helpful to write down your bid number for your own records. |

5. Our system will automatically send your Place-A-Bid E-mail directly to one of our Place-A-Bid Specialists who will review your bid and work to get you the price you need for your flooring. |

Bid Acceptance: If we are able to accept your bid our Specialist will notify you and then contact you so that you can place your order! |

Declined Bids: If we are unable to provide your product of interest at the your Bid Price, one of our Place-A-Bid Specialists will send you an e-mail or contact you by phone and either politely decline your bid or send you a counter offer which you may choose to accept or decline. If we must decline your bid, our Place-A-Bid Specialists will gladly offer you an alternative product appropriate for your budget. |
