Floormall Complaints
FloorMall realizes that we're not perfect and neither are all of our services. But that doesn't mean we don't strive for perfection. Nor does that mean we don't have proper precautions and fail safes in place to protect our customers. Below are some of the issues that we face and help customers deal with as they arise.
Order/Transit Delay
Delays are unusual but not completely unheard of. In the event of one we ask that our customers please be patient. We're unable to guarantee shipping times due to all of the possible unforeseen events that can slow down one of our carriers. Usually our orders are on a truck within 24-28 hours and occasionally can be delivered between 5-7 business days. In most cases though, the order ships within 5-7 business days.
Damaged/Incorrect Products
It is an even rarer occurrence that products are delivered damaged. In most cases there may just be superficial damage to the boxes and not to the flooring itself. But if the flooring in question is damaged then you must document the damage with the driver. After this is done you have to contact us as soon as possible. We'll do everything in our power to correct the mistake. This also applies to instances where the products received are either the wrong color or the wrong item altogether. These cases don't have to be documented with the driver but we need to be contacted about them immediately.
Warranty Concerns
All of the products displayed on our site come with a manufacturer's warranty. In addition to being an online retailer, FloorMall also owns showrooms in the United States, so there is no difference between buying locally or online. If a manufacturer doesn't honor a warranty on a product being sold on the internet then FloorMall will not carry their product. Description of Products
It's difficult to provide descriptions of the thousands of different products that FloorMall offers its customers. But with that said we're always working on adding ample and honest descriptions to our products as part of our desire to create educated and savvy online shoppers.
